Brand new offices are available, located in the Load and Lock building situated on the west side of Yeovil, with easy access to the A303!
Up to 4 offices are available within the building, all built to a very high specification and all with floor to ceiling windows, giving great views and light into the room.
This is a modern, purpose-built building with utilities included in the monthly rent (except phone/broadband).
Within the building is a kitchenette and W/C, with air conditioning in all the offices, ideal for starter businesses. The meeting room is available to hire, and short term contracts are welcome. Off-street parking is available with the offices!
